BSA faculty members have several years of teaching experience at K-12, College and University level. Team members are advanced degree holders and received their education and training from top tier U.S. Universities including Ivy League Universities.

 

Sabarni K. Chatterjee, Ph.D., M.B.A.–Founder and Director 

Sabarni K. Chatterjee is a passionate educator with the goal of creating a passion for learning among students in the K-12 level. Sabarni has several years of experience in teaching k-12 and college students.  He has served as the co-ordinator for the Robert Frost MathCounts program for several years.  In this professional career, he has served as adjunct faculty at Harvard University, and as teaching assistant at SUNY Binghamton and University of Missouri-Columbia.  Sabarni received his research training from Harvard Medical School and has an M.S. and Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry and Chemical Biology from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Binghamton, and an M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Disha Bhattacharya, M.A., M.S.N/M.PH.-Director of Language Program

Disha Bhattacharya is an educator and cultural ambassador. She has been a Bengali teacher for the Washington Kali Temple Bengali School for several years. Disha received her Masters in Nursing and Public Health from from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She is the volunteer director of the language program and teacher of the Bengali language course.
